In contrast to horrific crimes such as a student athlete getting stabbed in the heart at a school track meet , this isn’t a serious crime. A 2 on one, scuffle with a few punches resulting in scrapes and bruises.

The shocking part is one of the attackers is a TEACHER at WSU, an open communist. He and a fellow thug assault one of their own STUDENTS for wearing a MAGA hat. A clear and admitted violent assault with political motivation.

MAGA and Trump, Musk and DOGE are doing stellar work but until this “Achilles' heel” of our system is addressed we shall continue to lose ground. IMO the left has discovered an amazing technique; Get conservatives to PAY colleges to have radical leftists indoctrinate their own children and turn them against family traditions.

Heck it’s happened in my own family.

PS Update . I did a quick search and WSU has relieved Mahoney of all teaching duties but he is still a graduate student there.

I agree with you that the Communists murdered more people, but a minor sticking point is that they have been in power longer in the countries they took over than the Nazis. I do agree with your point that wearing the Communist pin should be akin to wearing a swastika. We can also blame this on the news and entertainment media as they put out more filler on the Nazis than the Communists. The only anti-Communist movie I can recall was the one put out in the 50's titled My Son John.

It may not come across as a serious crime, but I knew before I entered junior high school that this is assault, and it should be treated as a serious threat to ones life. Just as someone running on stage to throw a pie in the face of a conservative speaker, that also should be treated as a serious threat to one’s life. The pie could just as well be acid. The intent is to cause harm.
