Trump’s National Security Emergency Investigation Into Election Fraud Is Ongoing

It’s reasonable to predict that Trump will officially declare an election fraud emergency, which will supercharge investigations into Chinese interference.

With Tulsi Gabbard’s announcement last Friday that an ongoing intelligence agency investigation has evidence that election computers are vulnerable to cyberattack hackers, President Trump’s actions suggest he is moving quickly to declare an election fraud national security emergency.

On March 24, 2025, when Trump issued Executive Order (“EO”) “Preserving and Protecting the Integrity of American Elections,” he did so under the auspices of his Article II executive powers as commander-in-chief, placing it beyond judicial lawfare. Nevertheless, 19 Democrat state attorneys have already filed lawsuits charging that the EO violates the Constitution’s mandate delegating to state legislatures the power to determine how presidential elections are held.

Trump, however, is correct that election fraud coming from outside America is an overriding national security concern. On January 7, 2021, John Ratcliffe, then the Director of National Intelligence, wrote a memo entitled “Intelligence Community Assessment: Foreign Threats to the 2020 U.S. Elections.” In it, he stated explicitly “that the People’s Republic of China sought to influence the 2020 U.S. federal elections,” in a move that raised “the need for the Intelligence Community to address the underlying issues with China.”

Ratcliffe stressed that political bias, including from within the CIA under Obama, pressured analysts dissenting from “Russian collusion” narratives to downplay reporting that China’s efforts to influence U.S. elections were “undue influence or interference,” leading to “the false impression that Russia sought to influence the [2020] election but China did not.”

Unfortunately, Radcliffe’s memorandum was issued one day after Vice President Pence allowed Congress to proceed to certify the 2020 presidential election without challenge. If it had been delivered two days earlier, history could have been changed. Assuming Pence had integrity and the courage

The Dems will go absolutely apoplectic when Trump takes action on this. This is one of the last cheats they have left that Trump hasn’t actively impacted yet.

Which means any accusations of slander against Dominion voting machines by any news media groups should be overruled.

Here’s a starting point for the investigation.

- Yah-Lin “Charlie” Trie: A Taiwanese-American who attempted to donate $450,000 to Clinton’s legal defense fund, delivered in envelopes containing checks and money orders. The fund rejected $70,000 and investigated the source, finding suspicious patterns like sequential numbering and identical handwriting. Trie was also linked to over $1 million funneled to the Democratic National Committee (DNC), often through proxy donors, with funds traced to Ng Lap Seng. Trie pleaded guilty to campaign finance violations.

- John Huang: A DNC finance vice-chair and former Lippo Group executive, Huang facilitated $100,000 in illegal contributions through the Hsi Lai Buddhist Temple in California, where Maria Hsia organized fundraising. He was involved in raising millions from the Asian-American community, some of which was returned due to its illegal foreign origins. Huang’s ties to the Indonesia-based Riady family raised concerns about Chinese influence.

- Johnny Chung: A Taiwanese-born fundraiser, Chung donated $366,000 to the DNC, with federal investigators later finding that nearly $100,000 came from China’s People’s Liberation Army through Liu Chaoying, a Chinese aerospace executive and lieutenant colonel. Chung admitted to funneling foreign funds and pleaded guilty to campaign-related fraud.

- Maria Hsia: A Taiwan-born immigration consultant, Hsia facilitated $100,000 in illegal contributions through the Hsi Lai Temple, using monks and nuns as conduits. She was convicted in March 2000 for her role in funneling foreign money to the DNC, Clinton-Gore campaign, and Representative Patrick Kennedy.

- Ng Lap Seng: A Macau-based Chinese billionaire, Ng was identified as a source of over $1.2 million in illegal funds channeled through Charlie Trie to the DNC and Clinton’s legal fund. Congressional investigations suggested Ng acted as a front for the Chinese government, though he fled the U.S. to avoid testimony. He was later arrested in 2015 on unrelated bribery charges.

The Chinese government denied involvement, calling allegations of influence “sheer fabrication.” Investigations, including by the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee, found evidence of a “China Plan” to influence U.S. elections, but conclusive proof linking the government directly to these donations was not publicly established. The DNC returned millions in tainted contributions.

Oh, I almost forgot!

The American aerospace company most prominently linked to the 1996 Clinton campaign finance controversy and allegations of transferring missile guidance technology to China is Loral Space & Communications Ltd., led by CEO Bernard Schwartz. Here’s a concise overview:

- Campaign Donations: Bernard Schwartz was a major Democratic donor, contributing over $600,000 to the Democratic Party and Clinton’s 1996 reelection campaign between 1994 and 1998. Some sources, like the Congressional Record, estimate his donations to Democrats reached $1.5 million during this period.

- Technology Transfer Allegations: Loral, along with Hughes Electronics, was investigated for illegally sharing sensitive U.S. space technology with China after a 1996 Chinese rocket failure involving a Loral satellite. The companies provided technical data to Chinese engineers, allegedly improving China’s ballistic missile guidance systems. A 1998 House committee (Cox Report) concluded this damaged U.S. national security.

- Export Waivers: In 1998, President Clinton signed a waiver allowing Loral to launch a satellite on a Chinese rocket, despite objections from the Justice Department, which was investigating Loral for prior technology transfers. Critics, including congressional investigators, suggested this decision was influenced by Schwartz’s donations, though no direct evidence of quid pro quo was found by the Justice Department’s campaign finance task force.

- Consequences: Loral was fined $14 million in 2002 for its role in the illegal technology transfers. The broader scandal fueled allegations of a “China Plan” to influence U.S. policy, though China denied involvement.

Interesting.

If one is paying attention, this has the potential - should the evidence definitively show it was the chynese interfering in US elections - to demonstrate that officials in multiple agencies under the aegis of heretofore identified ‘leaders’ acted with malice to 1. Malign then-President Trump, 2. Insulate the ccp by misdirecting at Russia...

...a wholly treasonous conspiracy mandating action against all involved.

I think there are people more than willing to “look into this”. Unfortunately, there’s only so much the feds can do when it comes to how states run their elections.

I PRAY they can find a loophole, or make legislation (amend the Constitution?), to install some laws on every election that has even one federal race on the ballot.

What Trump should do is declare that RUSSIA is the country that is trying to rig our elections and thus he needs to investigate.

...then let’s see the Democrats try to defend Russia.

“Unfortunately, there’s only so much the feds can do when it comes to how states run their elections.”

I have often wondered why people make that statement. There is hardly a year that goes by that the Feds don’t interfere in an election by redrawing Congressional districts for a proper outcome.

The states handle re-districting and reapportionment boundaries. If Feds interfere, it would be behind the scenes.

“The states handle re-districting and reapportionment boundaries. If Feds interfere, it would be behind the scenes.”

But the state’s reapportionment has to be reviewed and okayed by a Federal judge, as happened here in Louisiana and Alabama last year. The case in Louisiana went to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court ruled there had to be a black elected from a drawn up black district that stretches about 250 miles from Baton Rouge to Sheveport, all to enclose black communities.

It’s time to purge ALL the voter roles and require everyone to re-register to vote in person with a valid state ID.

There needs to be a series of measures taken to prevent fraud at the registration level.
