If cars are allowed then how about campers and camper vans? I can see the State U designating a campus parking lot for campers and automobile sleepers only.

Or, you could deport illegals until the housing crisis fixes itself?

Can the police tow an illegally parked car, if it’s a residence?

Do they get squatter’s rights to parking spaces?

This is a substantial upgrade over the democrat proposal to supply grocery carts back in the early 2000s or late 1990s.

If you have to live in your car, you shouldn’t be going to college at all. With the exception of a specific few majors, college degrees aren’t even worth the time and expense they require anymore. If you’re majoring in something that is not in a high-demand field, stop going to school and look for work. You’ll be glad you did.

How can a state that is LOSING population have a housing problem?

2020 - declined 182,083 (first annual loss since 1850)
2021 - declined 117,552
2022 - declined 113,649
2023 - gained 67,000
2024 - Data are preliminary; net international migration at 134,000 and reduced outmigration (197,000 net loss to other states).

Cumulative loss from 2020-2024: 280,000–330,000.

If the loss was 300k people and the average number of people living per housing unit is 2.2, then that loss freed up 136,000 housing units.

If a half million illegals self-deport, then there are a QUARTER MILLION housing units freed up!

WHAT “housing crisis”???

“Supermajorities”, essentially one-party rule, never govern well. The stacked system of awarding ranked voting, on top of the “jungle primaries”, and a heavy reliance on mail-in voting, subject to vast fraud on so many levels, completely scrambles any meaningful pattern of letting the voters decide, by either discounting or overvaluing the impact of each individual voter.

Nobody could count votes with any degree of reliability or even accountability.

“It is enough that the people know there was an election. The people who cast the votes decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything” -Joseph Stalin

A friend in California has a buddy who manages an apartment complex near Sacramento. The owners of the property have stated that any employee (including said manager) questioning the legal status of any tenant will be immediately terminated. The complex is jammed with them, and they live well, new cars, big flatscreen TV’s, and fully subsidized rent.
