The cast of The Breakfast Club is back together — 40 years after that fateful detention day.
Molly Ringwald, Ally Sheedy, Judd Nelson, Anthony Michael Hall and Emilio Estevez reunited on April 12 during a panel at C2E2, a pop culture convention in Chicago, to reminisce with fans over John Hughes's 1985 coming-of-age film. The panel was moderated by Josh Horowitz.
"I feel very emotional and moved to have us all together," said Ringwald, who played the film's iconic high school "princess" Claire Standish.

I like the music.
My daughter got detention for stepping in forcefully to stop bullying of one of her classmates. All the witnesses said she stopped her friend from getting hurt. But she got the breakfast club detention anyway because the teacher didn’t want to sort things out. We watched this movie the night before her detention. Her takeaway, of course, was that of course everyone would have smelled the weed in the library and weed is stupid anyway. But she still wanted to do the dances.

I heard that they are going to do a remake but with more diversity
(Not really but I’m sure it’s coming)
I love Real Genius; my favorite Kilmer movie is “Top Secret!,” though. My dad got me into that one when it came out on VHS. I remember one off-color joke (which went completely over my head at the time), looking down at where he was stretched out on our ugly green carpet, and seeing his shoulders shake with the laughter that he tried so hard to hide. He didn’t make a peep, but those shaking shoulders gave him away, lol.
He had a pretty interesting character on the TV show Psych for a period of time.
And yet, only Sheedy and Estevez would talk to Andrew McCarthy for his BRATS documentary last year. It is worth watching for McCarthy catching up with Rob Lowe.
Ringwald did the unthinkable and threw John Hughes under the bus, even though he made her rich enough to complain.
It was OK. Nothing I would see a second time.
“Fsndango”
How’s Dom?
80s Teen Angst.
I didn’t like it, even as a teen
I liked Sixteen Candles that bit more, even with the dumb stereotypes, lol.
Excellent movie. My only mistake was watching it as a freshman ROTC cadet getting ready for airborne school. Truman’s parachute school wasn’t as funny as it should have been at the time, lol.
It was horrible
Emilio and Rob Lowe have stopped time.
Jude seems to have grown up to be a jerk.
I’m glad that I didn’t marry him, like I wanted,
when he played a bad-boy
Judd Nelson could play Professor Calculus in The Adventures of Tintin.
The skydiving sequence in that movie is classic.
Repo man’s always intense.
I loved that movie! 😆
