With what is now known about the COVID jabs, I am surprised this is still an issue. It just proves that the mandates were only about government power the whole time.
We need to repeal the PREP Act.
That should be one of our highest priorities.
No child should receive the COVID shot. They are MUCH more likely to die from the shot than the disease.
They did for the Polio shot 70 years ago...
Does this judicial system have the right to make insane, anti constitutional decisions? Do parents and their children have the right to privacy? Do they have the right not to be assaulted with a deadly weapon? Or assaulted at all? Yes. Who is going to asserts that right? Wimpy parents who refuse to pull their kids out of these insane institutions? No.
...If the PREP Act is interpreted, as in both of these decisions, to eclipse parents’ rights, then a second question arises: is the PREP Act, thus applied, itself unconstitutional because it abridges established constitutional rights requiring courts to apply strict scrutiny?...
The COVID vaccines have been fully approved.
Proven to be deadly..... should NEVER be given! ...imho

Regardless of whether a particular vaccine works without harmful side effects, there’s no need to make vaccines mandatory for most citizens. People who think they are needed can protect themselves without forcing others to take them. Most Americans don’t have enough stake in each other’s health to warrant making vaccines mandatory. There are extreme cases, such as soldiers fighting alongside each other, or the single mother whose kids will go destitute if she catches Typhoid, but they dont justify universal compulsion.
No one should be force-jabbed with a serum that Congress exempted itself and other Agencies ( Post Office) from taking
No! They can’t pump our children full of that crap.
Idaho is doing the right thing. Might be the first state to do this:
“The ‘Idaho Medical Freedom Act,’ primarily Senate Bill 1210, bans state, local, and private entities in Idaho from requiring medical interventions, such as vaccinations or treatments... “ Includes public and private schools.
