Unfortunately a degree in psychology is itself fakery.
Good advice, if you can afford that expense. Most probably cannot afford to do that.
Who checks the competency of those who check the competency of... those who check the competency of an alleged psychologist?!?
“Unfortunately a degree in psychology is itself fakery.”

“have you decided to update your certification policies?”

A) Pray
B) Hire a lawyer for a little while to get familiar with how the court process works.
C) Pray
D) Then fire your lawyer and go full metal jacket (legally) on your ex. Filing many motions, to produce documents, for counter measures, anything you can think of to run up her legal bills, such as calling her lawyer (make up a reason). You will have few legal costs, just a few court filing fees, but no real legal costs because you don't have an attorney; your ex does.
E) Pray
F) Never talk trash to the kids about your ex or her parents. Let them be the only ones doing that mess.
G) Pray.
H) When your ex quickly runs out of money, and there's no longer an attorney making a paycheck from it, it's amazing how quickly the court system lets the matter get closed. (Remember that the judge is also a lawyer and doesn't want to mess up his profession's gravy train. After there's no more money for his profession to make, he'll end the case.)
I) Pray.
J) When you date and marry again, learn from your mistakes and make sure you marry a good one who loves the Lord and loves people. Including helping you finish raising the kids you won custody of.
This is how it worked for me. I owe the Lord.
“Takes lots of money”
That’s what they count on.
Love It!
