It is incredibly frightening the degree of emotional instability and psychotic obsession that is widespread throughout society.
Disappointment is part of life. How we handle disappointment can be a window into someone’s strength of character. It is a test that, in 2025, many on the Left are failing catastrophically.
I was certainly disappointed in January of 2020, when Joe Biden was sworn in as president. I was disappointed by the opening of the southern border, the idiotic spending, the resultant inflation, the COVID lockdowns, and the disastrous pullout from Afghanistan. Although many of us felt that the election was stolen and that Biden was clearly incompetent, most of us shrugged our shoulders and went back to work. We didn’t act out rage against liberal Biden supporters. We didn’t go around keying old Subaru Outbacks with Biden/Harris bumper stickers. We didn’t physically assault “pro-choice” demonstrators. I didn’t call anybody Hitler, nor constantly post anti-Biden memes. Neither did the vast majority of my conservative acquaintances.
Some on the Left may point out the events on January 6. The more we learn about this, however, the more it seems likely that the capital intrusion was orchestrated in part by the Democrats in Congress and their allies in the FBI. After all, the Left is much better at this sort of thing than we are.
Now, in 2025, the derangement of the Left is simply staggering. Let’s look at Elon Musk. Remember back three to four years ago, when he would host the announcement of a new product, such as the Cybertruck, to pave the way for a “carbon zero” environment. Only Steve Jobs, with his Apple product introductions, was more revered by the Left. The liberal elites and celebrities flaunted their expensive Tesla automobiles to virtue signal to the masses.

I vividly recall Election Night in year 2012.
The time was 11.45pm, Pacific time. I had been out for the evening and was driving home. I was struck at how still and quiet and orderly everything appeared to be.
That’s when I knew Mitt Romney had lost and Barrack Obama won. If my candidate had won, I was expecting to see lots of bonfires along the freeway and on private roads. Litter, looting and other lunacy.
the utter mindlessness of the typical liberal activist is reminiscent of a zombie apocalypse. conservatives seem outnumbered by the brainless brain eaters but remember friends...we have the brains, they don’t and that’s why they want what we have. of course our brains, no matter HOW much of them they eat, still doesn’t do them any good. what WILL we do? maybe we do what all good zombie fighters do and Stick with that. get the point?
It should be noted that the Globalist/Media/Leftwing nutcases are totally freaking out about Trump’s tariff policies. That ought to be an indication that Trump is correct. The Conservatives who are also freaking out along with the Globalists and the Media should pause and reflect on this. Don’t be like the Left.
I would like to see this in the form of a Psychologist’s study. What are the characteristics of a Liberal, and what are the commonalities and root causes.
It’s far from my area of expertise, and would be interested in the findings.
My casual observations are:
- A bias to emotions vs. objective thought
- Dependency on others and group think
- The need to be validated by others
- A desire to control, and willingness to be controlled
- Immorality and atheism
- Jealousy

I know, a colleague of mine was “angry” and posted that she was “angry” the morning after election day 2024. I answered that she should focus and she verbally vomited all over the screen. Leaving me to vow to never respond to her again. Anyway, I have never found “anger” to be a productive tool despite what phycologists say.

Why not just shorten the whole thing to “communist?” That is what they all are!
