How many countries did he pass through before reaching the U.S.? Why didn’t he seek asylum in any of them?
What a pathetic sob story. He applied for asylum. He was graciously given a hearing. He chose not to appear. Asylum denied. Adios.

::These are tattoos that not only have a plausible explanation because he is someone who worked in the beauty pageant industry, but also the crowns themself were on top of the names of his parents,” Toczylowski said. “The most plausible explanation for that is that his mom and dad are his king and queen.”::

She’s really articulate, isn’t she? 🙄
Note 2 things:
1. While the article does tell us why he needed to leave Venezuela, it doesn’t tell us why he NEEDED to come all the way to the United States.
2. At least TWO of the countries that he passed through have gay marriage (Colombia and Mexico) - why didn’t he apply in either of those countries, particularly Colombia as he is required to do per International Law (first safe country a ‘refugee’ arrives in).
We all know the answers above, but too bad for him - should have followed UN Law, as he’d be living safely in Colombia, rather than being imprisoned in El Salvador.
Read more carefully. He was NOT deported to his country of origin.
Likely he applied via CBP-1 app while still in VNZ.
Tren De Agua, MS-13 - whatever tattoos. If any are face tattoos, they’re not what we want and all protestations about being targeted for being gay, whatever are likely just ‘squirrels.’
Being ‘gay’ should not be a reason to accept ‘refugees’ into this country. After all, it is such a normal human condition - ubiquitous, n’est pas?
“Read more carefully. He was NOT deported to his country of origin.”
Close enough for government work.

In Venezuela, same sex sexuality is legal - marriage is not. The government of Venezuela has even begun participating in their pride events. As far as “targeted for being gay” goes, these people want governments to make it illegal to display any form of disagreement in their lifestyle choices.
