So either this true or far more likely (99.99%), the KGB disinformation crew at Lubyanka Square got hammered on Stoli one night and decided if the Americanskis were dumb enough to swallow the yarn about dozens of man portable ‘suitcase nukes’ being hidden all over the US, they should come up with something X-Files worthy for the CIA analysis unit to chew on. Sounds like they came up with a variation of the closing scene of the original ‘Predator’movie.
