The officials claimed the administration acted unlawfully, without any analysis of benefits of the health funding or the dire consequences of termination.Brandon almost got me canned for not taking the mandatory clot shot. The Supremes had to step in.

What’s with this “temporarily” BS? Trump needs to sue these damn “judgies” for the money wasted for them to have to stand around “temporarily” while the judgy is off dumping a load.

Imm so tired of ignoring these judges. It’s exhausting.
We had a tornado last night. Only a few miles away.
Why didn’t one of the all powerful seers of everything stop it?

I can only hope that the uninformed masses see how these judicial asses are screwing them blind.
I know. Hope is not a plan.

11B grift still going for covid BS. That is what this judge wants to keep going.
Covid is over, RFKJ was right.
Below is the kind of logic in DC that frosts the hell out of me. Talk about waste and fraud.
“The lawsuit argues the federal government does not have the legal authority to unilaterally rescind funding it already allocated, particularly when states have built essential health programs around the commitments.”

What law requires them to do these things to the satisfaction of the recipients?

There is a case to be made if the money was already approved for legitimate purposes. For instance the Federal government forces requirements on public water systems. It is the states that have to enforce them. Testing the water and enforcing those regulations costs lots of money.

“without any analysis of benefits of the health funding or the dire consequences of termination.” OK, judge what are ‘the dire consequences of termination’?
