Keto contains very little to no carbohydrates. That automatically limits calories; but as the Keto/Low Carb folks say, all calories are not the same. Carbs have very different effects on blood sugar than proteins and fats.
Exactly, eat more meat and cheese and stop sugars and bread and you will lose weight and be happier.
No matter what diet diet...weight goes up and down and it’s all about calories and exercise.
