Boasberg floats contempt hearings on deportation flights, suspects ‘bad faith’ actions from Trump admin

U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg hinted at possible contempt proceedings as he grilled a government lawyer Thursday about whether the Trump administration violated his court order by failing to turn around planes carrying migrants to a Salvadoran prison.

Boasberg made no decisions following a court hearing even as he otherwise pushed the administration to detail its timeline and decision-making as it loaded more than 200 migrants onto a plane amid a court battle to block the deportations.

He pushed back when a Justice Department attorney said the administration followed the law and his orders.

“It seems to me there’s a fair likelihood that that is not correct, in fact that the government acted in bad faith throughout that day. If you really believed everything you did that day was legal and could survive a court challenge, I can’t believe you ever would have operated the way you did,” Boasberg said.

He dove into the timeline of the Trump administration’s actions, from signing an order igniting the Alien Enemies Act on Friday, March 14, but not publicizing it until the next day to preparations for flights even as Boasberg scheduled a hearing.

The law allows the government to swiftly deport citizens of an enemy nation. President Trump has maintained the Tren de Aragua gang is acting at the behest of the Venezuelan government, using the war powers to deport Venezuelans. It’s the only time the law has been used to address gang activity.

SCOTUS is looking the other way with their fingers in their ears. But both the White House and Judge Bozeman will soon be pounding on the door on the same day, asking for some help here.

“. If you really believed everything you did that day was legal and could survive a court challenge, I can’t believe you ever would have operated the way you did,”

In an honest uncorrupted court the decision would not be a worry because the illegal challenge would never come. Boasberg making believe the courts aren’t in the tank for the demon party. That it’s just another day. The administration TOLD those creepy ass what they were doing and why.

“What remedy does the judge have here?“

He can do anything he wants because demon party judges aren’t constrained by precedent or the constitution or for that matter decency.

The Supreme Court ruled a president can’t be charged with any violation while carrying out his duties.

The Trump administration -- all of them collectively -- must completely ignore anything this corrupt, Democrat/Communist Party-fully 0wned judge says, does and even thinks.

It's high time this slug understands that neither the Executive nor the Executive Branch of the federal government work for him or must obey without question his every whim. Treat him with the same level of disdain -- even outright hatred -- that he shows toward the Executive.

Judge Biasberg would like to have a little word with the Supreme Court. They better learn WHO IS BOSS around here!

The DOJ should not even attend these hearings, and simply state that Boasberg has no jurisdiction in this matter, citing the Alien Enemies Act and also that the flights originated outside his district.

YEAH let's have that fight. NOW.

Since Boasberg is so hot to get these criminals back from El Salvador, he needs to board a plane to El Salvador and go to the prison to chat with the warden. I am confident, the warden will accommodate the POS.
