USAID and the Architecture of Perception
Brownstone Institute ^ | March 31, 2025 | Josh Stylman

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) has long portrayed itself as America’s humanitarian aid organization, delivering assistance to developing nations. With an annual budget of nearly $40 billion and operations in over 100 countries, it represents one of the largest foreign aid institutions in the world. But recent disclosures reveal its true nature as something far more systematic: an architect of global consciousness.

This is a long piece with a lot of detail that ties many pieces together.

The left was playing very very dirty.

They want total control and they want it now.

The scale is unreal. It is a miracle that they were able to pull the plug on it. The fight goes on but what a monster this thing was.

Tonite my wife and I have to attend a reception for a NFP that receives its funding largely by USAID. They are giving each other awards, trophies, and plaques, celebrating their score. Really.

I was going to refuse, but my wife insists it will be an experience that tells the bigger story besides going to a NGO prom. Sort of conservative assets slipped into the leftists celebration of themselves. Kinda like the Ray Epps guy.

My wife and I are wagering a bet on who gets closest to how many times the word "Grant/s" are mentioned in the speeches. My wager is 82 times. My wife went big and said 100.

A friend worked 2003-2018 as a contract investigator for USAID Office of Security. The job involved doing background investigations for employment/clearance applicants. By his description, all the Office people were good and the ethos seemed highly conservative, even though it seemed most of the case subjects were liberals. It seemed obvious to him that USAID was stacking the deck with libs.

American taxpayers unknowingly funded the crisis itself – then paid again to be deceived about it. They paid for the development of gain-of-function research, then paid again for the messaging that would convince them to accept masks, lockdowns, and experimental interventions. The system is so confident in its psychological control that it doesn’t even bother hiding the evidence anymore.

It's no wonder this was the first agency Trump wanted to eliminate. It's not bad, it's bad beyond belief.

n architect of global consciousness.

An architect of global chaos. How to rule over others if you don't throw them into chaos first.

So American taxpayers fund(ed) Politico, Reuters, NY Slimes, World Economic Forum and too many color revolutions around the world to count, including the theft of the US 2020 Presidential election.

President Trump must finish President Kennedy’s, goal to “splinter the C.I.A. in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.”

This was a darned good article. Thanks for posting it — the site has other interesting stuff I was glad to discover.

The article about Aleksandr Dugin was eye-opening, especially the nexus with Trump’s anti-globalism and the obvious implications about Trump’s current negotiations with Russia. I recommend people read it right after reading the USAID article. USAID has been a vehicle of unipolar “US” cultural hegemony (”US” in quotes because it’s not really the American People knowingly pushing this crap onto the rest of the World, it’s the Democrat Deep State pushing it onto ALL of the World without the public knowing what’s been happening).
