A word to Wisconsin voters (again)
Powerline ^ | 1 Apr, 2025 | Scott Johnson in Wisconsin

Posted on 04/01/2025 6:00:16 AM PDT by MtnClimber

It looks like conservatives face long odds against winning today’s Wisconsin Supreme Court election. We have no chance if Trump voters, Republicans, conservatives, and opponents of the coming gerrymander don’t get out and vote for Judge Brad Schimel today.

Judge Schimel is a former two-term attorney general who has the endorsement of nearly all law enforcement in the state. His opposite number opposes election integrity measures such as photo ID and has signaled a willingness to redraw the maps of Wisconsin’s congressional districts in favor of Democrats.

That’s why Elon Musk was out in Wisconsin supporting Judge Schimel over the weekend and why House Minority Leader supports Judge’s Schimel’s opponent. Please get out today and vote to keep Wisconsin from becoming Minnesota or Illinois. Please get out and vote for Judge Brad Schimel.

There are also special elections for two US House seats in Florida. The democRATs are heavily funding these elections. Republicans need huge turnout. Make sure you vote!

It’s like a field goal attempt at the end of a game. He either makes it or he doesn’t. Thank Elon if he does.

We’re leaving in a few to go vote. I will report back with whatever numbers I can get out of the, ‘Election Ladies.’

Granted, this is a cow town with a population of 283 people, but every vote counts!

If cows could vote, we could pack the polls ourselves. ;)

MAGA! :)

In spite of Trump’s win in ‘24, I have very little faith in the American public. Too many Americans are undereducated and self absorbed.

Mayoral and Aldermen seats are on the ballots throughout the country. Just as important.

While it's discouraging that so many Americans, conservatives in particular, are historically not inclined to participate in primary or special elections, there is an explanation why.

Most Americans just want to get home from work, toss a steak on the grill, crack a beer, and spend time with their family. The primaries typically happen in the late summer, which is not conducive to participation.

The establishment politicians take full advantage of this as they get out their "machine vote" to either re-elect a desired incumbent or a stooge that will do their bidding. Thus in November, there is little choice for the voters on either ticket so it comes down to "lesser of two evils" and they grumble about not having anybody better to vote for. Forgetting entirely that they had a chance at the September primary to do something about it.

Special elections are even worse because most people don't even thing about elections in say February, or April. This makes it even easier for the political "machines" to turn out their core base and effect the desired result.

Componding this problem is that almost nobody reads the "local paper" anymore, if there even is one. The "local news" websites are generally managed by a conglomerate out of a major city and do a horrible job reporting "local news" so people don't even go there. So most don't even know that a special election is going on in their precinct.

With regard to Wisconsin, Scott Presler and Elon Musk have launched admirable last-minute voting drives to wake up and turn out the conservative base. I hope it works, because this could be a blueprint for future special elections/primaries.

I’m surprised trump didn’t do a rally especially in district six where he won by 30, but may lose it by 3 today. He was golfing over the weekend and could have taken an hour to have a quick rally. Hope we win it anyway.

Thank you for referencing that article MtnClimber.

"It looks like conservatives face long odds against winning today’s Wisconsin Supreme Court election. We have no chance if Trump voters, Republicans, conservatives, and opponents of the coming gerrymander don’t get out and vote for Judge Brad Schimel today."

Regardless that Democratic ballot box fraud remains an ongoing concern, it is not surprising that the corrupt DC / media machine continues to blatantly ignore Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A) concerning this Wisconsin election, that section a penalty for ballot box fraud.

Noting the zero tolerance "hair trigger" wording of Section 2 of 14A, if this were a better world, the feds would be doing their job to investigate allegations concerning predictable Democratic violations of that section in this Wisconsin election.

Excerpted from 14A:

The Trump Administration is at least getting the whiffs of the smoke of probable (imo) Section 2 problems.

It will take a miracle, even if there is a large GOP turn out, as the Dems are using the same illegal counting methods they used in 2020

As a side note there is absolutely no GOP effort to find seniors that need a ride to the polls.

Trump won partially due to his charisma. And because Kamala Harris was a horrible candidate.

We were voters 51 & 52 and there were a dozen people behind us.

We had the WI SC race, a referendum changing our Constitution to make Voter ID MANDATORY so no illegals can vote, a school ref to remove their spending cap, School Super for the state and a bunch of little races for local people, most of which we know, personally.

So, it was a really good ballot.

Turnout was better than, or at least equal to, the Presidential Election and we, at MOST, have 100 or so voting, so we were half way there at 10am already. ;)

The rest of the hard-working folks will vote after evening milking and before 8pm. They don’t have the luxury of time that we retirees have. Cows FIRST - then everything else. ;)

21 minutes to poll closing...if you are in Wisconsin and haven’t voted...get there. If you know anyone conservative in Wisconsin, call them and make sure they have gotten to the polls and gotten all conservatives they know to the polls as well.
