An acceptable to Russia offer must include what will be Russian minimums:
1. a neutral Ukraine
2. no foreign forces in Ukrainian-held territory
3. no long-range missiles in Ukraine
4. no nuclear weapons or nuclear weapons technology development by Ukraine
5. Russia, Russian companies and individuals to get their assets (plus a fair return on financial assets) back on a schedule
6. the Russian language to be an official language of Ukraine
7. Russian ethnics and Russian speakers in Ukraine to have Ukrainian legal protection as great as the anti-discrimination protections extended to negroes by the domestic governments of the USA and fully equal Ukraine treaty civilian rights

Ukraine should be given a means of getting its territory back:
Ukraine may schedule and the EU shall conduct plebiscites in the next ten years in areas of Ukraine that were officially part of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic but are now under Russian control at the times of Ukrainian or Russian Federation national elections provided these areas are directly adjacent to the Ukrainian front lines as noted in this agreement and a Russian-held area that was officially part of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic would not lose paved road access as a result. This clause shall not be operative in an area if partisan activity has been a problem for the Russian Federation in the area in the prior five years.

“once the country is under international administration”

Z and the Duma won’t go along with that.

“In principle, of course, a temporary administration could be introduced in Ukraine under the auspices of the UN, the United States, European countries and our partners,” Putin was quoted as saying.”

Power sharing has historically been shown to be the first step towards a takeover by communists.

“Putin also said other countries should be involved in the peace process beyond the US and Russia, including Moscow’s treaty ally Pyongyang.”

And this:

“This is not only the United States but also the People’s Republic of China, India, Brazil, South Africa, all BRICS countries,” Putin said”

Nothing like stacking the peace process with Russian allies.

It makes no sense to include other than the main real combatants: Russia, the Ukraine, and the USA. The more parties, the more difficult the negotiation.

You know you’re really in for it when your country’s name includes “Democratic”, “People’s”, AND “Republic”.

North Korea is far less of a danger to the American people than Britain, Canada and France and their globalist puppets are.
