Sounds awful. Some people are just weird and cannot manage their finances. They should hire an accountant or budgeting specialist.
An old man in my neighborhood lives in his own million$ house but cannot buy food. Goes to the church to get handouts. How is that? Nobody forces him to make sound decisions so he is stuck there.
