A Pennsylvania city worker was accused Monday of staging a fake “hate crime” after she allegedly planted a noose at her own desk, according to police.
Allentown City Hall employee LaTarsha Brown was charged with a pair of criminal counts after DNA pulled from the noose only belonged to her, authorities said — though one of her pals claims she’s innocent.
Brown initially said she made the shocking discovery at her desk on Jan. 10 when she arrived for work — leading to an investigation and a community protest.
Allentown City Councilwoman Ce-Ce Gerlach said at the time she was “irate” and “angry” over what she called a “hate crime,” the Morning Call reported at the time.

All of the people should be charged.
They should be charged and sentenced to exactly what a person leaving a noose at another person’s desk would be charged with.
she DID leave a noose at a desk. If that is a hate crime, then charge her with a hate crime.

I’m not saying people in the workplace don’t do crazy stuff, up to and including killing people.

This has happened before - and well publicized. Did she REALLY think she was going to get away with it? (answer: Yes) - even though only her own DNA was on the noose (all other employees were DNA tested and eliminated).

Sounds like her job kinda depends on there being racism. Since there wasn’t any, she had to manufacture some.

You also don’t have to wonder when this criminal goes to jail — she won’t.

The reason that people react the way that they do, is that in modern times, all the fake racial hate crime accusations are nearly universally black fake “victims” with falsely accused or implied white perpetrators, not white “fake” victims with falsely accused or implied black perpetrators.
The perpetration of these hoaxes IS anti-American, and is being egged on by one single political side, and it isn’t Republicans and Conservatives, who are getting sick of this one-way slandering.
It is all a one-way street for more than a half century, with the perpetrators of the hoaxes getting little to no punishment, and nearly all of them emanating from the Left.
If there were equal treatment (or in many cases, no treatment) for these things regardless of color, and there wasn’t a huge disparity in these types of cases with blacks or other minority races being predominately the perpetrators of these hoaxes, people wouldn’t get their dander up.
I don’t believe it is racist to point out this disparity.
The demand for hate crimes obviously outstrips the supply.
