I’m an evil landlord. I just rented a 1500 sq ft 3/2 for $1400 per month. But from September last year until March first, I put $56000 in it. I listened to a Canadian podcast lamenting the loss of skilled workers moving to the US. In practically the same breath he quoted some equality index meaning there was less space between Canada’s rich and the poor. The all equally poor are moving to the US.
