The Kremlin said on Monday that Russia and the United States had a common understanding on the need to move towards a settlement to end the war in Ukraine but that there are still many different aspects that need to be worked out.
Negotiations in Saudi Arabia between Moscow and Washington are focused on technical issues, including the Black Sea Initiative, which is about the security of shipping in the region, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

Absolutely! That common understanding is the need to get rid of the corrupt green quisling in Kiev so peace can actually be negotiated.

Well since the fact of the matter is that Ukraine is being used by NATO to fight a proxy war against Russia, Ukraine is just a patsy and doesn’t need to be involved in the negotiations.
NATO and Biden Admin destroyed our military; the outcome in Ukraine is a direct result of a woke military. Russia defeated NATO. At the same time, Brics rose against the Swift weaponization of the USD. Trump recognizes in a global trade war, and possible hot war with China, that he cannot be losing a war in Ukraine and execute a successful MAGA presidency. Trump is desperate to save what’s left of Ukraine who is increasingly sending female infantry into the the slaughter of Uke’s. Trump will pin hopes on a negotiations, but Russia will slow walk them, and demand the Nazi’s in Kiev be removed before peace is achieved; thus Russia will have to be the one’s holding elections in Kiev, because the Biden allies in the EU will continue to fight Trump and Russia. Trump may actually have to direct USAF or USN strikes on Ukriane in order to bring the Nazi regime to heel.
Hope their “common understanding” includes keeping the EU, NATO, the UN, and other one-worlders from subjugating that region.

Zelensky has his faults, such as ordering the 2023 offensive that critically weakened Ukrainian forces, but he is trying to do his best for Ukraine and is certainly not a Nazi.
The politicians in Kiev know the cost of the war, and so does Putin.
The Russian forces aren’t going home. They may be going into the sacred soil of Mother Russia at about a thousand a week though.
