Ukraine is a historical special case regards national socialism: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stepan_Bandera

Historically, the nationalist side of Ukraine was extremely sympathetic to the Nazi and the Nazis were very friendly in return. Ukraine was where entire SS divisions were recruited: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/14th_Waffen_Grenadier_Division_of_the_SS_(1st_Galician)

Today: They erect monuments to Nazis, have Nazi funerals, Nazi symbols, Nazi youth groups that get sponsored by the government, have military units where the Nazi ideology is apparent... But we would rather not see that.

I do not know if it rises to the level of being a “problem,” but denying that this ideology is not prevalent and supported by many in Ukraine is insincere.

Looking at the table legend now, I wonder if the percentages are reversed? The statement 'Nazism isn't a problem' and then the answers are ranked 'negative, neutral, positive'. Well isn't that "I don't agree, I'm neutral, or I agree?" If true, then over 50% believe Nazism is a problem? I dunno.
