Looking at the table legend now, I wonder if the percentages are reversed? The statement 'Nazism isn't a problem' and then the answers are ranked 'negative, neutral, positive'. Well isn't that "I don't agree, I'm neutral, or I agree?" If true, then over 50% believe Nazism is a problem? I dunno.

I get what you’re trying to say.

Yes, the chart can be confusing.

However, the article goes on to explain the results, assuming the author of the article for it right, it’s 33% rural, and 57% urban that see a problem.
