As Nigeria continues to experience unparalleled levels of murder, kidnappings, and rape at the hands of radical Islamist terrorists targeting Christians and other religious minorities, a House subcommittee hearing held Wednesday concluded that the most populous country in Africa must be redesignated as a Country of Particular Concern (CPC) by the U.S. Department of State in order to pressure the Nigerian government to take more forceful action to quell the violence.

Any comment?
As you are well aware, I denounce ALL violence predicated on religion or ethnic persecution. I find acts of murder like this appalling, whether committed in Nigeria by Islamists or committed in Gaza by genocidal Zionists.
Thanks for posting...this has gone unnoticed/unreported for too long.
Islamists are attacking Judeo-Christians in Africa and the Middle East.
While Christians are attacking Christians in Europe : Russia’s eradication of entire villages, towns and cities, civilian infrastructure, kidnapping of 20.000 Christian Ukrainian Children.
Christianity is under attack:
US House resolution: Russian abduction of Ukrainian children is genocide

(Members of the US House of Representatives recently demonstrated that they understand what is at stake and are well aware of the crimes being committed by Russia in Ukraine. On March 19, the US House overwhelmingly passed a resolution “condemning the illegal abduction and forcible transfer of children from Ukraine to the Russian Federation” by a 390-9 margin.)
Absolutely, I can make a comment. Thanks for asking.
It seems that there are primitives (Fulani) in the tribal areas of Nigeria who have converted to Islam and are behaving like savages. They are preying on some of the more civilized areas which are occupied by both Christians and non-Fulani Muslims. They are stealing from them, raping them, murdering them, etc... The Nigerian government isn’t doing anything to stop it because they really don’t care about the Christians. They want to maintain power over their region and if the Fulani kill Christians, their view of it is “Oh well. Too bad. At least we have control of the region.”
This is terrible and predictable behavior from 3rd world savages. I condemn any violence toward anyone (especially my Christian brothers).
I have been keeping my eyes on the FR comments to see if I can see any FReepers supporting the Nigerian government. So far I haven’t come across any.
I have also been looking for people saying we should send U.S. money and armaments to the Nigerian government. Again, so far nothing.
If I do see anything like this on FR, I will be certain to let them know they are on the wrong side. Instead of supporting a country who is recklessly creating an atmosphere where 10’s or maybe 100’s of thousands of innocent people are being slaughtered, they should be America First.
I don’t think many ex-Nigerian military operatives post on FR so I’m guessing I won’t see any comments supporting the Nigerian government.
Let me know if you need help with anything else.
Happy to see you condemning anyone other than Jews for the murder of Christians by muslims.
Keep up the good work.
Prayers for all Christians being persecuted around the World. They have a great reward in the New Jerusalem!
“As you are well aware, I denounce ALL violence predicated on religion or ethnic persecution. I find acts of murder like this appalling, whether committed in Nigeria by Islamists or committed in Gaza by genocidal Zionists.”
To say nothing (as you have) of the horrific October 7th Islamofascist slaughter.
Thanks for cleaning up, dodger. It’s hard to keep up these days!
