On Tuesday, radical left Judge Tanya Chutkan, a disgustingly dishonest Trump-hater who believes she was elected to lead this country and take down Trump, issued an order today in State of New Mexico, et al. v. Elon Musk, et al. that demands Musk and DOGE cough up sensitive documents and data within a mere 21 days—all to appease a coalition of Democrat-led states desperate to undermine President Trump’s agenda.

I have assumed for some time that Roberts is compromised. There was a reason why, when democrats were fighting tooth and nail against every appointment by Bush, his naming of Roberts, first to the DC circuit, then to the SC, then to the Chief Justice position, sailed through without a whimper.
Doxxing is ILLEGAL. But, if you wanna play games I bet these guys and gals helping Musk can HACK their computers and get out all kinds of info abt them. Where they bank, how much is in their accts, what they buy and their CC #’s and info on their cars and homes and phone info.
Then they can go after their kids. Hold NOTHING back. If they want to do things like this then all those involved should LOSE THEIR JOBS. None of what these poeple are doing is CONSTITUTIONAL. Can’t a judge be removed for disobeying the law they are sworn to protect?
He can't do either of those things.
But what they can do is file an emergency appeal to the 10th Circuit, which is what will happen. If that doesn't succeed, they'll file for one with the Supreme Court, which will take some form of action -- even if that is just saying they won't take any action to halt it -- before anything is actually handed over.
Really simple solution...release the Judge’s info...
IMO He can and thus force a MUCH NEEDED Constitutional crises over this crucial matter. If Congress impeached him over that, well what a great reason for impeachment. He (Trump)would love to be impeached over reigning in unconstitutional judicial overreach.
My guess is you are a lawyer first ( and a Patriot second ). You can only think inside the box.
It's been crossed some time ago. The problem is that even if the House impeaches Tanya Chutkan and other radical leftist judges, the Senate Traitorcrats will not convict these traitorous judges.
And the AG would probably not indict such judges for giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
