UFOs with broad bipartisan support?

So their politics is as screwed up as ours?................

What’s different this time is that 34 senior members of the government, military and intelligence community went on camera to talk about it.

More human beings flapping their mouths about a subject.

That's still not 'proof' of anything other than the craft service table likely got hit hard.

I call BS on ANYTHING the government discloses about UFO's, aliens, close encounters the whole ball of wax - it's all fake it's all a distraction a way to waste money, IMHO.

I'll give some reasons:

1. Size of the Universe The universe is vast, with billions of galaxies, each containing billions of stars and potentially even more planets. The sheer number of planets that could harbor life suggests that it’s statistically likely that life exists elsewhere in the universe. However, this doesn’t automatically mean they've visited Earth. The distances between stars are enormous, so even if extraterrestrial civilizations exist, traveling across those distances would be a monumental challenge with current understanding of physics.

2. Fermi Paradox The Fermi Paradox is the apparent contradiction between the high probability of extraterrestrial life and the lack of evidence or contact with such civilizations. While there are many planets that could potentially support life, we haven't yet found definitive evidence of alien visitation or communication. This raises the question: If intelligent extraterrestrial civilizations exist, why haven’t they made contact with us?

3. Technological Limitations Even if there are extraterrestrial civilizations capable of space travel, the technological limitations of such journeys would be a significant factor. The closest star system to Earth, Alpha Centauri, is over 4 light years away. Traveling even a fraction of that distance with current technology would take tens of thousands of years. More advanced civilizations might have developed faster-than-light travel or other forms of advanced technology, but we don’t know if such technologies are even possible according to our current understanding of physics.

4. Lack of Evidence Despite decades of scientific exploration and attempts to detect alien signals (like through the SETI program), we have no direct evidence of aliens having visited Earth. Claims of UFO sightings or alien encounters are numerous, but they are often anecdotal, unverified, or explainable by other phenomena (e.g., weather balloons, military aircraft, or misidentified natural objects). The scientific community generally requires solid evidence to support such claims, and so far, no verifiable proof has been found.

5. The Great Filter Hypothesis Some theorists suggest that there may be a "Great Filter" — a step in the evolution of life that is incredibly rare or difficult to overcome. This could explain why we haven’t encountered extraterrestrial civilizations. The Great Filter could be anything from the origin of life itself to the development of advanced technology. If most civilizations fail at this critical point, it would significantly reduce the odds of finding one that has developed the ability to travel across vast distances and reach Earth.

While I WISH that alien visitations were true and they might be, I find it HIGHLY unlikely.

If you don’t roll out artifacts and a “Paul” — don’t bother. It is a scam.
