Living in MD I can testify the majority of government workers are literally lazy, entitled rabid leftist hacks who think they are enlightened and have the right to rule the government.

Perfect time for a “no standing” ruling.
if they have their heads in the sand it’s not because they can’t help it.
How do they even have standing to sue?
How can they demonstrate any harm?
Prediction: State AGs have no standing on fed lay offs. If so, they could sue any private sector company that lays off workers. AGs can’t prove damage.
i don’t see how State AGs have any standing to order the FedGov Executive Branch how to treat PROVISIONAL hires ...
APPARENTLY, PROBATION LASTS 2 YEARS AT THE FEDERAL LEVEL.
It's amazing to me how anyone claiming even a modicum of rationality could ever make that kind of statement with a straight face. "Two million" employees?
Democrats have always secretly believed an attack on their gargantuan control machine would be futile as it was always thought to be simply "too big to fail".

Being a Federal employee shouldn’t make you a protected class impervious to sound business decisions to cut staffing levels. Appreciate the work many Federal organizations do, but let’s not forget where those salaries are coming from.
How do these states have any standing to participate in such a suit?
