Republican Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, Friday on Fox News, called out the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ’s) silence over the release of deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s full files and urged U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi to publicize the remaining documents.
Following an uneventful release of the first phase of ‘The Epstein Files’ — an over 100-page document — which failed to contain a majority of new information, Bondi announced Monday that the DOJ had received thousands of missing documents. On “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Watters asked Luna, who is leading the House Oversight Committee’s Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, if she had heard any movement as to when the Epstein files will be released.
“I feel the same way that you do, Jesse. I’m very frustrated, just like many Americans are. I think that those lists need to be released to the American people. That’s really up to the decision of Attorney General Pam Bondi,” Luna said. “I can tell you that as a member of Congress, we have not really gotten much communication from the Department of Justice.”

I thought I read up to 2 weeks to review any spots of victim info needing redacting before release.
Maybe Anna didn’t see that? Or she can’t abide by 2 weeks?
Either way she needs to find something else to have in her mind other than Epstein. More urgent matters facing Bondi and Trump admin.
Not defending Bondi, but she may have concluded that Congress—particularly Luna’s committee—is too divided, untrustworthy, or politically motivated to handle the Epstein files responsibly. By keeping the files within the DOJ, she retains more control over legal processes, investigations, and timing, avoiding the risk of the information being leaked, distorted, or weaponized before proper action can be taken.

No common sense Americans really give a crap about the Epstein files, compared to Prosecution of those like Schiff, Comey, Garland, etc., for Treasonous acts. Likewise, the Economy and the millions of non-citizens that taxpayers are forced to fund, are priorities that FAR outweigh the political “drama” of fantasy island.
extremely skeptical, I don’t think any real damaging info against the members of the Ruling Class will ever be released to the public. I just don’t see it happening, I see redactions and excuses coming down the pike and nothing else.

Those files just might tell you something about Congresscritters we really need to know.
I think it quite possible that there is an international flavor to this as well. America isn’t the only place harboring letches.

They won’t do it.
I want that info released, too. But you HAVE to make sure that nothing gets out that can ruin an innocent person’s life before you release this kind of information. Apparently, Luna doesn’t understand this enough to keep her mouth shut.
God save us from the over-zealous and not-so-smart on our side, as they give the other side plenty of ammo.
There won’t be a list, and if there is a list, (other than flight logs, which are meaningless, mostly), it may be extremely interesting to the public, but anyone can draw up a list and it won’t hold in court. There would be endless lawsuits.
Videos would not be released, out of respect for the victims, but they would be valid if they were to be.
However, there are supposed to be 154 victims, and these victims could supply a more reliable list.
And there has to be many, many more than just 154 victims.

What is extremely scandalous would be if it were found that the DOJ and the FBI has been sitting on actionable crimes and not prosecuting them, covering them up. That is why most of the evidence has probably been destroyed.
That is also what imperils the JFK files.
