“As an old fat boy used to say “how sweet it is”. :)”

Oh, my.
Are you talking about the Cajun chef?
Though I cannot recall his name, I would tune into his tv show every chance I was afforded for both the recipes and his lovely mannerism!
Now I’ll be trying to recall his name all day! LOL
I would say Jackie Gleason, youngster. P.S. Google “Cajun chef.”
Justin Wilson was the Cajun chef, Jackie Gleason coined the phrase “How sweet it is”. I loved to watch both of them. The first time I watched the chef, he was drinking wine and making “beans what bake all night, and chicken what the hell”. LMAO.
Jackie Gleason and Justin Wilson are who I think you’re thinking of. Justin was the cajon chef. Gleason was in the Honey Mooner’s with Art Carney. I’m getting old. You can find them on you tube. If you get bored look for Charlie Douglas about “ Me and Dammit Ray”.l My best friend was Donny “frog” Nold. We were hillbilly’s we actually grew up that way. I know God loves me because I know those people. . We never road our bikes on that old gravel road between where we lived and Donny’s Uncle Hanks. (No relation” without stopping to get a glass of lemonade and a cookie or two. Then Hank’s beagle would want to go hunting cottontail rabbits with us. Mind you we are 12 or 13 year old boy, doing this near our local Christian Church. Regards
Bless your heart.
As your user name implies, you are still learning. Good guess, but the right answer is Jackie Gleason of “Honeymooner’s” fame.
Look him up. Great comedian and actor,
Keep on learning
Jackie Gleason
