Paul Prudhomme wrote one of my favorite cookbooks, Seasoned America.
Problem is, many of the recipes start with ‘Day 1’

Jackiie Gleason seems to be the top of the list. I didn’t recall him saying that as I was enjoying his bar bits and his Honeymooners bits. LOL
Justin Wilson is who I was remembering and couldn’t place his name.
That said, Paul Prudhomme is great!
