Fmr. President Joe Biden did NOT sign a single pardon in his entire presidency.
Everything that was signed allegedly by him was signed by Jeffrey Zients.
ANYTHING and EVERYTHING signed by him should be invalid and investigated by the DOJ.
Sounds exciting but where’s the proof??

They were not foraged. Just sit Biden down and go through a list of things he authorized to be signed by auto pen and ask he he approved the document. Include a bunch nonsense that was never signed and if he says he approved it all it proves he has not making the decisions.
We all know it's true, but the real question is what do we do now that the fact he did not personally approve any of these things comes to light?

If what I read is true, everytime his signature was created artifically, that EO should be voided.
It’s easy to prove, I think. Because machines are precise every time and human signatures, when generated by a human, are not.
Who is making this claim, and what are they basing it on?
Not that I expect anything to change, due to possible fraud.
The GOP usually does not have the stomach to ‘destroy’ a guilty party as they deserve to be ‘destroyed’.

There was a group on x which said they gathered all the documents that Biden allegedly signed while in the White House. All were signed by auto pen except his statement that he was withdrawing from the race.
The problem is that some of those things he supposedly signed in person on video, which means that what was entered into the record was NOT the document he actually signed but a falsified record.
Anybody impacted by a document he allegedly signed in person would have grounds to say that the official record is fabricat e d and thus cannot be legally binding. People from Nebraska, for instance, could file a suit in Nebraska because that is where their legal injury occurred as the fraudulent law or EO was enforced.
Another thing. Mike Johnson recounted a conversation where Biden was sure he had signed an eo authorizing study of the effects of LNG and did NOT sign a ban on LNG.
Especially if there is video of him signing physically what he claims was NOT a ban on LNG, any LNG company that had the fabricated ban enforced on them would have grounds to sue.
This will unfortunately go nowhere. Biden’s lackeys will just say that Biden personally approved all those documents. And we know this because he made no fuss or objection when the “signings” were announced.
It’s a weak argument. But it will be good enough.
My son managed an auto-pen for a cabinet member and the process the documents went through before being “signed” were all vetted by department lawyers and signed as if the secretary had done so himself. There was so much correspondence from other departments, congress etc. there was no way the secretary could read and answer every request. Very common practice in DC.
I don’t think it’s weak at all, if taken together with video of him physically signing a bill, eo, pardon, etc. That would be legal proof that the autosigned version submitted into the record us NOT what Biden actually signed. Proof of fraud.
All pardons: Null and void.
