New findings in the Idaho college murder case have emerged.
Attorneys for Bryan Kohberger—who has been accused of fatally stabbing University of Idaho students Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin at a rental home in 2022—said an investigator discovered DNA evidence from three individuals under Mogen's fingernail.

From an article on the inersent: “A key piece of evidence in the murder case is a leather sheath for a knife that was found in the bed of one of the four victims. DNA on the sheath directly matched Kohberger’s, cops and prosecutors said”.
Victims were all killed by means of slashing/stabbing with a large kabar-like fighting knife. Defendant’s DNA on a sheath fitting such a knife found in victim’s bed. The accused had no association with victims to account for that except murdering them. If I’m on the jury, game over, and I am just annoyed at the defense lawyer for wasting my time with non-sense.
The defense only has to prove the prosecution case has too many holes to show he did it. Multiple DNA proves that.
The girls were at a party earlier in the evening. I’m sure she touched several people that night - easily explained.
That would have been easily established though.
And they have phone data showing him near the home both before and after the murders. (he had turned it off and back on).
This is an open and shut case and this creep needs to have already been swinging from a rope.
His DNA under her fingernails is what led police to him to begin with. The defense wants it thrown out, because people used ancestral DNA to find him. They want phone data thrown out, because, hell who knows, and they want to claim he has autism and cant be executed on top of all those.
Defense is just grasping at straws.
He said he didn’t know this girl, there is ZERO chance his DNA ended up under his fingernails regardless of whether 100 other peoples DNA were found.
She was at a bar the night of the murder. She could have easily got that DNA at the bar.?
I was quite handsome in those days and many times I had girls screaming and scratching at my door....

Maybe now the judge will allow the mixed blood sample from the handrail and the boody glove to be brought up..so far he’s covering for this lame prosecution.

That requires very close contact. A casual touch won't do it. Maybe a gentle back scratch or a scalp massage. Or a violent scratch during a fight or an aggressive sexual encounter.
But this DNA under the fingernails is an irrelevant distractor. The accused left his DNA in bloodstains on the bed of the victims. There is no scenario of innocence that can explain this, and the identification of those samples is at the 99.99% match level.
Guilty of multiple murders beyond reasonable doubt.

They were in separate rooms the roommates. Madison was in the room with Kaylee and Xana was in the room with Ethan. The rooms were completely separate.
Given that the death weapon has NOT been found although the knife sheaf WAS, AND,
the last person to die in a murder / suicide is the perp, thus leaving the murder weapon at the scene of the crime,
Ms Madison, DNA and all, cannot be the perp!

Bryan’s lawyer is grasping at straws, and knows this case is open an shut.
But how did you know Mogen died last?
There was a altercation at the bar that resulted in them going home instead of out to eat, that happened a long time ago and I was just skimming the articles then! I may be wrong.
I think the trial and subsequent hanging should be past history by now!
