Conservatives are ramping up their calls for Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) to be held legally accountable for his role in pushing a now well-debunked claim that President Donald Trump was a dupe for Russian President Vladimir Putin during his first term.
The so-called “Russian collusion” narrative, which Schiff and many others in the media pushed for years during Trump’s first term, was the subject of multiple investigations by the House and by independent prosecutors, including John Durham, a former U.S. attorney, and Robert Mueller, a former FBI director.

Now, several conservative voices are calling for FBI Director Kash Patel and the Justice Department to hold Schiff and others accountable for pushing the dangerous hoax.

What’s the Statute of Limitations?
Depends on if you’re Trump or somebody else.
There is no statute of limitations for giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
Schiff should be charged with obstructon of justice by witholding the evidence he claims to have in his possession. It would be a put up or shut for him.
History now but quite a distraction at the time.
Excellent point!
The Statute of Limitations is a policy that allows Democrats to get what they want by either ignoring the law or rigidly applying it, depending upon who’s being investigated...

holding Schitt responsible will be a good, and very much needed, signal to the Demo-commieNazi leftists to stop all their deceitful lies and shear campaigns
they’ve polluted our public space and free speech forum, tremendously
He should be subpoenaed for that evidence so that when he refuses to present it he commits a new crime that isn’t under Biden’s pardon of him.
Charge him and drag it out over the next few years while tightening the screws. He’ll break quickly as he is already close to the edge.
His last name should become a term....Oh no, He “Schiffed” it.
He’s been pardoned, so a criminal case won’t stick. A civil one might, though!
just keep it front and center.
Bleed the man financially. 😎
Quit talking about it and just do it. These people need to be held accountable for once.
CRIMES were committed.
I’m NOT picky.
Schifty does NOT have to the first to do a perp walk.
Frankly, I will be in ECTASTY when I see ANYONE charged.
I heard tough talk for years.
And Kash and Blondi have talked as tough as anyone.
The time for talk is over.
Criminally charge ANYONE there is no shortage of crimes nor criminals who committed them.
Until I see that FIRST criminal charge, then I will continue to discount all the chatter as same-old, same-old.
ok
