Executive Orders are only as good as the presidency or the courts. As long as Congress abdicates their legal role in making laws, these temporary indulgences are tolerated. This is how a presidency such as Biden’s became intolerent and facist on the heels of the Bush/Obama nanny police state.

That’s the narrative: We are in a climate crisis and humanity itself is in danger. The WEF tells us that the cost of failing to respond to climate change will bankrupt the world. The only solutions are to adopt socialism and transfer the wealth of the US to the UN, where it can be redistributed as a form of green reparations.

Man thinking that he understands how climate has worked in the past and can therefore regulate its future is absurd.
Sooooo...up to the industrial age, God was in control....then God lost it...and man took over the controls....and can control its future...is beyond absurd.

The SCOTUS Chevron decision certainly pulled the teeth out of the EPA and all other lettered agencies. SCOTUS used no painkillers when doing so, either.

If they had even learned anything about CO2 in High School, they would know better than to try to rid us of it. Just how stupid can anyone be?

I’ll believe it when they lose the power for states to set their own rules, which interferes with interstate commerce.
Then, to twist the knife, ALL rules regarding small engines and gas cans should be history. It’s been impossible to make a good lawnmower carb in the last 20 years. Same with gas cans. This has been a visible financial burden for Americans; the gas cans spill and leak more than ever.

my fear is that trump will not go far enough and the pendulum may swing so much the other way that the US is terminally screwed... here’s to hope that JD Vance can carry the tune for eight years after the man...

Anyone who took a fifth grade science class knows that through photosynthesis, CO2 is plant food. Watch:

When I think of the EPA, I think of the farmers who have been mistreated and bullied by government goons. I hope the EPA is so dismantled that restoring it is never possible.
