Ernie Isley is a beast on guitar. Learned from Jimi.
I like Caravan of Love. Great music. RIP.
Well, It’s your Thing................
The original trio of Isley’s were from the Cincinnati. They had a lot of “sound”. Shout and Twist And Shout predated the lush Philly sound. Ronald as smooth as it gets. R&B, Rock, Motown (This Old Heart Of Mine), dance & funk. Fight The Power was a killer groove.
Jimi with The Isley Brothers
Ernie Isley is still kickin’. Slick guitar player.
