In all the years of leftist commentators I can’t recall anyone going as far in insulting republicans. She literally, on live prime-time TV, compared 1/2 the country to Nazis.Even though she is fired now I’m amazed this was allowed even by the fake news media.
This is EXACTLY the kind of talk that incites mentally unwell people to assassinate.

In debates—especially on the national stage—when one side gets emotional and/or resorts to ad hominem attacks, it’s a dead giveaway that they’ve got no case.
Labels like Hitler, Nazi, racist, and fascist are just rhetorical crutches—what Greg Gutfeld calls “load-bearing phrases”—meant to express anger at having no defense of their position. It’s a tactic that’s lost its bite.
