She didn’t kill a baby in the US, she isn’t legally guilty of a crime here. She committed her crime in France. That is where she will stand trial.

Among the low class trash element responsible for most infant deaths, a newborn is generally in the custody of the mother and the sperm donor is likely not around. The most dangerous men for infants, toddlers and young kids are not the fathers; they are the next thug “boyfriends” that promiscuous young women shack up with. Gangbangers, druggies and alcoholic lowlifes do make make good custodians of other men’s children when the baby momma wants to go out partying or shopping (and in rare cases, to work).

Scumbag boyfriend killing the child he is babysitting is the usual scenario. The kid keeps crying while he is watching tv or shooting up and he gets tired of it. The next questions are whether he was the father (sometimes, but usually these guys roll through pretty quickly) and how old was the child. A child who is killed immediately after delivery is almost always killed by the mother, although I imagine we can find a few exceptions here and there where a boyfriend has manned up enough to help get his baby momma through delivery.
