Being elected to congress doesn’t make one immune to criminal charges if one has engaged in criminal activity.

This is the one leftist judge ruling the administration has refused to comply with...in fact they were never even given their day in court.
This case will probably end up in the Supreme Court—and we will win it on both procedural and substantive grounds.
Even those who think ill of the Vindmans should avoid getting embarrassed by a potential hoax. If it’s true, it will not be long until corroboration.
At best, the action by that judge is only a temporary reprieve. Part of the art of lawfare is knowing which pillar of the status quo you are willing to die on the hill for, and when to cut your losses and retreat.
The wisdom of retreat is going to be a very compelling argument very quickly. Especially when the lawfare is being conducted with somebody else’s money.
This is the only source I can find for the claim that a Vindman received USAID funding. Anyone else here have a source?

Congressman Vindman is ultimately culpable if however it was laundered USAID funds were accepted by his campaign. Musk’s whiz kids must trace the funds and collect the evidence. Then Bondi must arrest him , convict him and get him into prison and out of Congress.
