These people were NOT “lawfully admitted”. They snuck across the border. Then when Biden’s precious Democrats lost the election he issued them work permits. If Biden had the authority to issue the permits then Trump has the authority to rescind them.

ICE certainly knows where a LOT of them are (were?). Remember that within the first few days they arrested thousands of illegal aliens, so ICE already knew where they were but were prevented by the Biden administration from picking them up.
