OMG, My teenage daughter could hit harder than that.
I know this makes me out to be a Neanderthal, but more often than not you need a strong male to lead a country.
Yeah, in a previous life I was a knifemaker and made the occasional sword and axe. Even made and forged my own ‘Damascus”.... even a few pieces of meteorite damascus. The first few knives I made, with just a file and sandpaper for tools out of scrap steel.. Eventually built myself a coal forge, a forced air propane forge, belt grinders, heat treat oven, etc.
I occasionally thought of getting back into the game and competing on “Forged In Fire”, but I always liked to take my time with my craft, and the $5000 or (later) $10,000 prize wasn’t enough to be enticing.
Just an aside -- Knife control of a already exists to some degree in parts of the USA as restrictions on what may be carried. Limits to blade length, no switchblades, that sort of thing/
No kitchen knives needed once they fully transition to eating zee bugs!
