Sure, Biden is gone now, but Vlad's invasion of Ukraine still rages, to the tune of around 1,200 Russian casualties per day since January 20.
That's down about 25% from 2024, but still a long ways from "over".
Ukrainian casualties defending against Russian attacks are estimated about 1/3 the Russian numbers.

So, nothing has yet seriously changed, and there is no sign that Pres. Trump is ready to give away the store to your Vlad the Invader to buy temporary peace in Ukraine.
