POTUS must be a natural born citizen, the same should apply for the Legislative and Judicial branches. Why make the distinction for just POTUS?

A TV interview is not a speech in Congress. Do threats of violence qualify as a felony or as a breach of the peace?
I think the majority of normal Americans are finally waking up to this.
