Check me: I am using Google on a Chrome web Browser. No special or unusual search criteria attempted, simply tried to find the link to the government's DOGE web site.
Google is listing hundreds of distractions, of columns and website discussing - but mostly criticizing and cursing Trump's DOGE process. (And quite a few trying to get me to click on Dodge truck and car links). But. The basic official DOGE contact website?
Invisible on the first four pages of search results.
My intent is to submit a recommendation that Trump specifically audit the IRS database for duplicate SSN/EIN numbers against W2 and 1099 Forms for obvious duplicates.
When the SSN numbers were ranked by "Number of W-2 received" and by "Number of 1099 received" it will be obvious which SSNs are fraudulent: They will be repeated tens or hundreds of thousands times.
The 90% (85%, 95% ??) W-2's that are legitimate American workers assigned a legitimate SSN working real jobs will have one W-2. Those changing jobs, those working for two or three or four companies will obviously get more, but they can be verified. (Or ignored in favor of first identifying the ten or twenty or thirty million illegal or duplicated SSN's.)
Those duplicate SSN's can be sorted by addresses, by zip or states. They can be sorted "By companies" paying the duplicated SSN who are unknowingly or deliberately using duplicate SSN to conceal illegal aliens and to conceal government fraud. Regardless, the IRS can then EBGIN auditing the most critical duplicates.
Second. The same needs to be done for the Social Security Administration itself: EVERY SSN account holder should be sent a single verification letter to "the name and address on file". (Not be be printed mailed just yet, but first a simple sort for same name + duplicate or multiple addresses, duplicate names at the same address,
Those SSN accounts that are "legal and legitimate" MUST BE sent a verification letter. These would be people with no obvious problems: The SSN numbers with a live account holder (or child under 18), a single viable address (or one or two viable addresses showing legitimate moves and transfers over time), with consistent payments over time against that single account.
The clearly invalid and illegal ones need only be numbered at first. Accounts with hundreds or thousands of addresses or paying companies must be audited - one of the names might actually be legal! Those with no payments into the account at all can be separated for audit later.
Third. What is the best format to recommend Tax Code changes benefitting HSA tax penalties and HSA allowances so all workers can begin using an HSA?

Forget Google. Thanks to Dennisw I am using Perplexity AI more and more. I just asked “what is the official DOGE website”. They gave a longish explanation of doge but ultimately in one search it revealed

I handle a lot of bankruptcy cases. Business and individual debtors. On the individual side, the software we use for forms preparation has “1st SSN”, “2nd SSN” and “3rd SSN” fields in the debtor file. I wonder - how many people have 2-3 SSNs they are associated with? It must be much more common that I realized for software designers to accommodate it like that.
SSA is often upheld as a paragon of fiscal virtue because the overhead costs are a minuscule proportion of the total funds that pass through their operation each year (something like .65%) But that is deceptive metric due to the massive outlays under SS. I bet there will be 40-50% of the operations costs that can be eliminated by use of cutting edge IT and AI.
The objections are often couched in privacy concerns. The operational issues have no privacy concerns.
On the fraud side, appropriate protections can be implemented to allow data analysts to sweep through the system to answer questions like “How many individuals have 4 or more SSNs?”, without impacting the privacy rights of recipients.
Privacy? Not sure anyone has that anymore. Unless you go homeless and don’t rely on govt for anything.

DOGE already knows about duplicate or NULL SS numbers and they just got access to the IRS so I’m sure they’ll check it and any other agency.

I used Brave browser, put FOGE in thr address bar, it immediately took me to the DOGE homepage.
No problem finding DOGE here - must be the PC, OS, or browser you are using.
If I want honest results, I use Bing.
