I love it. And share Rand Paul’s enthusiasm about being rid of Fauci.

This was Rand during RFK Jr. hearing. He forgot to ask a question!
The big question for Bernie Sanders is “Am I going to keep getting money from big pharma?”.
A Kennedy is back in the White House and Republicans put him there...
"Rand Paul says: "Get ready for health care freedom" "
Healthcare is a state power issue.
”State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]” —Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
So respectfully to Sen. Paul, while his heart is in the right place, the reason that the very corrupt federal government is now unconstitutionally taxing and spending for INTRAhstate healthcare purposes, Social Security too, is because post-16th and 17th Amendment ratification lawmakers like Paul evidently haven't independently studied the federal government's constitutionally limited powers.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"[...] a single courageous State may, if its citizens choose, serve as a laboratory; and try novel social and economic experiments without risk to the rest of the country." —Justice Louis Brandeis, Laboratories of Democracy.
Don’t forget Pocahantas. She gets a lot of money from Big Pharma.
She lives in Cambridge, MA. EVERY big Pharma corporation has a facility in Cambridge. This is because the amount of research and graduates coming out of Harvard, MIT, Tufts, BU, BC and every other school in the Boston area. Harvard/MIT/Mass General is one of the centers for Pharma research. Similar to the research triangle in NC.
My son works for one of those Big Pharma corps that have a facility in Cambridge. He does not work there. He works at a place about an hour NW of Boston.
Excellent rant by Rand Paul.
To Democrats, the phrase “Healthcare freedom“ means only one thing: Kill the baby.
Super commentary by Rand Paul. Thanks for alerting us to his common sense commentary, RandFan!
