He wasn’t sure he would do it. It might of been too late to get them in anyway.

I never saw any confirmation of the “five commercials” rumor.
As far as I know it was just internet disinformation; quite a bit of it on this site and elsewhere.

No worries. He can air it when he's had plenty of time to amass all the gory details, agency by agency. And he's got the media platform wherein he can announce it ahead of time point by point, grift by grift.
We are certainly living in interesting times, no? :)

I never heard or heard of any confirmation from Musk. I think it may have been a rumor started by Fox or the NFL to draw more eyeballs. Pretty clever actually, but underhanded.

It was a dumb rumor. Who started it? Who knows.

I figured he must not have purchased the airtime, because had those spots been seen, a lot of people would already be talking about them, pro and con.

HE had at least 2 ads about STARLINK.

Foolsball? Great misspelling, whether intentional or not.

There were no plans for Musk or DOGE ads during the Super Bowl. The entire rumor mill began with a post that was not connected to Musk at all. But too many ran with it without even trying to fact check.

I didn’t see any. Unless he sponsored the halftime show.
