"What my parents taught me is that they used to live in peace and calm, without having to have any fear in their own country," says 19-year-old Nick. "I would like to live in a country where I don't have to be afraid."
I meet him in a small bar on a street corner in the ex-mining town of Freiberg, Saxony – where he is playing darts.
It's a cold, foggy night in February with just over two weeks to go until Germany's national election.
Nick and his friend Dominic, who is 30, are backers or sympathetic to Alternative für Deutschland - a party that has been consistently polling second in Germany for more than a year and a half, as the far right here and elsewhere in Europe attracts an increasing number of young people, particularly men, into its orbit.
One particular reason why Nick – and many other young German men – say they are afraid is the number of attacks in Germany involving suspects who were asylum seekers – most recently, the fatal stabbing of a toddler and a man in a park in the Bavarian city of Aschaffenburg. Immigration is now Nick and Dominic's main concern, although they don't oppose it in all forms.
"The people who integrate, who learn, who study here, do their work - I have no problems with them," says Dominic, though he is critical of anyone he sees as taking advantage of the asylum system.
"But these days such statements are seen as hostile," says Dominic. "You're called a Nazi because of Germany's past."

When they say extreme right it makes me suspect that there is an extreme left accusing the opposition.

It’s not just the murders and knifings, the stranger-on-stranger rape rates have skyrocketed. In Sweden they’re almost 100% committed by the ‘rapefugees’.
The real problem is that ‘certain’ people do not integrate, they have no intention of integrating. They intent on taking over by having more babies, and they are winning. They may not realize it but stopping this invasion needs to happen now, at the very least - if not mass deportations.
Germany is particularly difficult, the population still has a guilt complex.

The whole Left-Right dichotomy makes no sense. It’s a deliberate ploy to prevent you from truly understanding the political and sociological relationships.
Why is it that if you go extreme left or extreme right, you essentially end up in the same place. A loss of all human rights. It’s a very deliberate construct to limit your choices.
It’s why the Nolan chart was created. A two dimensional map of political relationships.
Far right means far left doesn’t like it.

Last time I visited Berlin, it looked like a Middle Eastern country with soo many women with their hair covered and men who were obviously not European. It didn’t look very Aryan.
But there is this Muslims and Germans having to live together. The two groups that genuinely have caused so much evil in the last 100 years now get to experience of living with the crappyest people in the world

If you can’t claim your political opposition is “far right” then it’s more difficult to make opposition to leftism illegal, and to jail those who are effective in communicating a message of liberty and freedom.
That’s why words like “extreme” or “far-right” or “Ultra-MAGA” are used in the political context.
If you allow the leftists to define you they will throw you in jail or worse based on their definitions, which also allows leftist judges to sentence you harshly.
Some was asked what was the difference between Socialism and Fascism and they answered dryly that fascists were socialists that still understood the principles of agriculture.

And there is your weakness. If they are polite and subservient they’re welcome to breed your women?
They're just trying to associate these individuals with 1939 Nazis. Anyone in the U.S. who loves their country, and has any patriotic feelings is labeled a nationalist and far right by the fascists on the left, insinuating a connection to Hitler and the Third Reich.
The left doesn't realize that Hitler was a socialist, and planned to bring his own form of socialism to the German people. He said Russia didn't know how to do socialism.
