Lefties are passing around this 'Economic Blackout' scheduled for Feb 27, brought to you by "The Peoples Union." I think I will delay some purchases, online and in person, for that date. :D

Only buy essentials of absolutely necessary
(Food, Medicine, Emergency Supplies)
If you must spend, ONLY support small, local businesses.
SPREAD THE MESSAGE
Talk about it, post about it, and document your actions that day!
WHY THIS MATTERS!
~ Corporations and banks only care about their bottom line.
~ If we disrupt the economy for just ONE day, it sends a powerful message.
~ If they don't listen (they wont) we make the next blackout longer (We will)
This is our first action.

Reminds me of something Rush once said anout gas boycotts for a day.
As he rightly said, that will do nothing, people will just buy more gas the next day. He added if you wanted to make a statement pick one brand and boycott them. That is income they will never get back.
Regardless, they don’t have the unity to do this and as Rush said, they will just buy the stuff they didn’t, the next day.

How silly is that? Even with wide participation all that is happening is that people will delay or speed up purchases on the days after and before he “blackout” date. No money will be “lost.”
