Seattle - January - colder than average almost three weeks in a row.
Seattle - January - wettest month almost every year - no rain or snow for 16 straight days.
Seattle - first week of February - about 5 degrees colder than normal for six straight days - mostly dry, but some snow showers and ice, almost every day.
