The power behind what the president is doing in my judgment is rooted in what I thought was the biggest ruling from the Supreme Court ever. Reversing Chevron is exactly what gives teeth to the president to force congress to do their job as per the ruling and makes the court of jurisdiction actual court rooms instead of administrative law judges employed by each of the agencies. This is why the president is able to stand on the law without fear.
