Ilhan Omar was out protesting at the USAID building. How many billions does USAID blow in Somalia each year. And what kind of payoffs do Omar and her extended family and clan living in Somalia, get out of this?
To pay off Omar is very easy. Just deposit the money in foreign banks. Maybe Somalian banks, if there are any stable ones.
