Not that anyone cares.
I wonder how Ernest Tubb would have reacted to “country music star” Bayonce?

I can’t stand her no matter what genre she pretends to “sing” in.

I saw a video of her remake of Jolene by Dolly (which Dolly approved BTW).
It was trash. She brought the ghetto to the Country.

This is an outrage! What about that demonic, gay Lil Nas X, who wears a cowboy hat sometimes, just like the big-thighed Beyonce? The award should be his

NO WAY!
I guess affirmative action is all about country music. I shouldn’t even reply since none of this new crap is real country music.

One of my favorite duos singing in what I think is a Country Style would be this darling little Ear Worm called
“Islands In The Stream”, as sung by Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton. I love everything about it. The lively spirit, the harmonies, strong drumming and the brass section at the end.
What do any of you think;
Is THIS song a Country Song?
I already know Barry Gibbs, the Australian gave the song to Kenny, the American.

DEI country.
Real country is Hank Jr., Charlie Pride and Willie.

I doubt it’s any less country than any other supposedly country fare today.
In other words garbage pop.
