A furious construction worker has dared President Donald Trump to arrest and deport him as immigration officials prepare for biggest deportation raid in American history.
The apparent migrant worker aired his frustration with Trump's immigration overhaul in a taunting video shared to TikTok this week.
'Daddy Trump, you wanna take us the f*** out of here? Come do this s**t, then,' the laborer, wearing an A&M Contractors branded hardhat, jeered.
He snidely questioned who would carry out America's construction projects if Trump deports all the undocumented migrant builders.
'Look who the **** built your house, look who the **** built your streets,' he sneered, before telling Trump: 'Come get it, *****.'
It is unclear where the builder, whose profile indicates he works on projects in the Greater Houston, Texas area, is currently employed.
Details surrounding the builder's identity or immigration status were not immediately available. It was unclear where the man is currently employed, although his TikTok profile suggests that he is working on projects in the Greater Houston, Texas area.
DailyMail.com has approached Houston-based A&M Contractors for comment.
Trump issued an array of executive orders to crack down on illegal immigration after taking office last week, including actions aimed at deporting record numbers of migrants in the US without legal status.
In the first week of Trump's second term, the Department of Homeland Security reported deporting some 7,300 people of various nationalities.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrests have reached about 1,000-1,200 per day in recent days, far above the daily average of 311 in fiscal year 2024.

Those who arrived illegally but subsequently applied for and were granted work permits are a gray area. They are on record, easy to find, but paying taxes and a net benefit rather than a drain on the economy.
Can't fix 'em, can't kill 'em...(legally, anyway)
Nowadays I don’t think it’s difficult to find the location of this guy. There’s a YouTuber whose main content is try to recognize the location of people’s picture sent to him using Google Map.
“’Look who the **** built your house, look who the **** built your streets,’ he sneered, before telling Trump: ‘Come get it, *****.’”
Anyone stupid enough... to do what this moron just did... America can well and easily do without. Bub-bye. Just sayin...
“as it should be.”
says you and many others who don’t see that ANY illegal, going about their day in the US is harming US Citizens, similar to rapist murders thieves.
ANY illegal is stealing in some capacity,
ANY illegal using ER or medical services for sickness etc is taking resources and time away from a US Citizen which may cause that US Citizen more harm or death,
ANY illegal in class room is taking away time and attention from US Citizen children and adding to teachers stress and workload, as well as costs to area or state.
ANY illegal is financially raping our country, driving up prices/community costs etc in some ways and lowering wages, etc in some ways.
AS IT SHOULD BE, is that every illegal encountered should be deported. That would make all illegals start moving their butts out or at least think about it.
just like sin - God sees all sin the same in the matter of His forgiving. Illegals are all the same, breaking law to come, to get on financial support systems, to drive cars, to steal, to take work (employer or under the table) kill, harm, take up seat in class etc etc etc, it’s all wrong and harmful to other US Citizens quality of life if not actual harm to their property or persons.
They (Illegals) all need to go, and it would go a whole lot faster if instead of focusing on just a few of the bad-bad ones they (ICE and it’s helpers) just oust whomever is illegal that they comes upon.
That’s just what I did back in the 80’s - dropped the pencil and picked up a hammer, made more money and got stronger. All the guys I worked construction with were US citizens too, white, black, Latino, legal immigrants. We can get back to that in short order.
I look forward to the video of him being frog marched onto a C-130 heading to Guatemala.
“’Come get it, b**ch.’ “
here’s hoping ICE obliges him ...
Lay the cement Juan and STFU! If you’re legal none of your business or your lane.
Could just be an actor.
If the furious construction (two names) worker is so proud of his country and with all the factories we have there why is he in this country.
Trump can always just call out the milita to quell dissent and compel abidance to the law.
“The act of February 28, 1795,which delegated to the President the power to call out the militia, was held constitutional.
A militiaman who refused to obey such a call was not “employed in the service of the United States so as to be subject to the article of war,” but was liable to be tried for disobedience of the act of 1795.
Official Statement
At A&M Contractors, we take great pride in our team, our commitment to safety, and our strict adherence to the law. We hire only vetted, legal workers and have built our reputation on integrity and respect.
Recently, a video has surfaced featuring a man making offensive remarks about immigration while wearing what appears to be an A&M hard hat. We want to be absolutely clear: this individual has never been hired by or affiliated with A&M Contractors in any capacity.
We have thoroughly reviewed our company records and spoken with our crew leaders, but no one can identify the man with the distinctive tattoos seen in the video. To the best of our knowledge, the hard hat he is wearing appears to be an old model—one of over 200 issued annually since our company’s founding in 2004.
We are proud to serve the Texas community and remain steadfast in our commitment to respect, inclusion, and the law. A&M Contractors condemns any form of speech or actions that contradict these principles.
Thank you for your continued trust and support.
Further indicates to me he’s probably an actor, who isn’t an illegal.
“This guy will be in custody by tomorrow.”
We live in a row house in North Houston. Two families to one side of us are obvious illegals. All five of their vehicles are gone for the past two days. MAkes me wonder if they self deported
You can bet that this POS is in the crosshairs for deportation with prejudice...
Believe it or not, our Constitution applies to ANYONE who is here. Unless the police have a ‘reasonable articulable suspicion’ that somebody is here illegally, they’ve no right to ID them or do anything for that matter. Otherwise it just becomes harassment.
So, logically, you’re going to go after KNOWN criminals that have just been allowed to stay....or where clear gang activity is occurring that can be linked to cartels or other foreign influences where it is reasonable to assume many are here illegally.
So don’t tell me what I do or don’t ‘see’. This is going to take time and done legally, without just throwing a broad net and violating peoples’ rights in the process. It must be done by the rule of law.
And penalize the company that hired him
With facial recognition I’m sure the guy can be identified. Regardless, I’d still pay a visit to the construction company.
